John Morley
Chairman
Previous experience includes President & CEO of Reliance Electric
Company and several executive positions with Exxon including President
of Exxon Chemical USA and Senior VP of Exxon USA . John served on the
Boards of AMP, Ferro Corporation, KeyCorp, Acheson Colloids Company,
and Sawyer Research. He also serves as a director of several privately
held companies. John's rich experience brings valuable leadership to
TBT.

Gary Johnson
President & CEO
Previous experience includes leading Sawyer Research Products, Inc., a
Cleveland-based international technology company, to a market-leading
position. Gary has also led new opportunities in executive, director
and advisory roles with early stage technology ventures. Gary holds a
BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a MS in
Industrial Administration from the Krannert Graduate School of
Management at Purdue University. |

Matt Ream
Vice President of Marketing
Prior to joining Thin Battery Technologies, Ream spent over 18 years in the
high-tech engineering industry, 13 specifically in RFID. Most recently,
Ream held senior RFID market and business development positions with
Zebra Technologies Corporation, a leading provider of RFID Solutions,
and lead RFID product management for Omron Electronics. Matt
holds a BSEET from DeVry University.

Peter Kuzma
VP of Business Development
Prior to joining Thin Battery Technologies, Kuzma served as Vice President of
Business Development for RCD Technologies, a Pennsylvania based RFID
company. Kuzma’s experience includes a strong electronics
background coupled with 10 years business development experience within
the RFID industry at Avery Dennison and X-ident. He holds a BSEE degree
from Drexel University, an MBA from Scranton University, and second
Master’s in Organizational Dynamics from the University of
Pennsylvania. |

Robert J. Thompson
Vice President of Operations
Previous experience includes Sales and Market Development at PPG,
Market Development at Bayer (10 yrs), Business Manager / VP at
Acheson Colloids Company (19 yrs), Operations Manager at Flint
Precisia (2 yrs). Bob brings valuable experience in the markets,
operation, technology, and strategic business management.

Gary Tucholski
Vice President of Technology & CTO
Gary brings over 40 years of battery
technology experience through his successful tenure at Eveready
Battery Company (EBC). His early work as a technician helped pioneer
fuel cell development, followed by development responsibility
in all of the electrochemical systems in EBC's portfolio, and
finally served as one of three Corporate Fellows for his final
8 years service. His work in standard alkaline products included
the container which includes the can, covers, seal contacts
and the label. Gary authored over 35 patents in this field.
Gary's R&D group at TBT includes chemists, QA, production
and support with a combined 200+ years of service at Eveready.
Gary holds a BSME from Fenn College.

William Post
Chief Financial Officer
Bill has served as controller and CFO in Union Carbide and Advanced
Ceramics for over 35 years. With this experience Bill manages
the financial picture for TBT in a firmly controlled and conservative
manner. |

Ed "Russ" Russell
Vice President of Quality
Prior to joining Thin Battery, Russ spent over 35 years
at Eveready Battery Company (EBC) in R&D and quality roles. Russ' focus on quality
systems at EBC and supporting fabricators has led to his devotion
to the science of quality and, as Certified Quality Auditor
and Manager in several quality associations, he has a track
record of increasing productivity and increasing yields.
Russ holds BS Physics from Ohio State and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Randy W. Stump
Packaging Engineer
Graduate of Automation Institute. Randy worked 39 years at Eveready
Battery Company (EBC) and retired as Senior Quality Assurance
Engineer - Packaging. As Team Leader, Randy and his team supported
battery systems and manufacturing plants with packaging specifications.
At TBT Randy strives to understand how customers use our product
to ensure optimum packaging specifications.
